Let me fill you in on whats been going on in the Cannon home.

I have lost my camera cord. I have no clue where it is. I am getting really frustrated because without my camera cord I cannot post pictures. Well I can, but I blog and work and my work computer does not have a SD card slot. LAME!! So that is why I have been absent and  I'm just to lazy to blog at my house.

We have been having so much fun this fall. We have been somewhat enjoying the football season. BYU is not that great this year but they are still fun to watch when you don't want to kill certain players. We switched to DirectTV and have NFL ticket now. Greg was so excited to get it so he could finally be able to watch all of the Colts games. Just his luck, the year we get NFL ticket the Colts go 0-8. With Peyton out its been a rough year. Poor Greg is not enjoying football season as much as he normally does. But he still watches every single game!

A few weeks ago we headed out with Greg's family and friends to Cherry Creek to go camping and dirtbiking. We had so much fun and hated coming back. I love getting away from everything and just enjoying the outdoors. We went on some great rides and enjoyed being with everyone. This was trip was perfect timing too. It was right after midterms and something Greg really needed to finally relax and not be so stressed! When I fianlly get around to it I will be putting up lots of pictures from that trip!!

My sister Kylie had her little boy!! Cole is the cutest chubby cheek baby! I am still a little afraid of babies so I have only held him a few times, but when I look at him you just can't help but smile! His brother and sister love him so much along with his cousins. It is so much fun to have a new baby in the family! I can't wait til Amy's two little ones get here! She has had a hard pregnancy and boy has it been scary! She had to fly to San Fran to get a surgery so the little guys could both get nutrients since baby B was no longer getting any. It was a really scary time when we were unsure of what would happen. How blessed those babies have been in their recovery. They are making great progress and things are looking so much better for them! When Amy was leaving San Fran she was told that she would need to stay in the hospital until the babies are born so they can check on them every day. Amy is 25 weeks along. She will most likely have the babies early but that still means she will be in the hospital for about 10 weeks!! I feel so bad for her. I would lose my mind being there for that long! But what a blessing it is that she can get them checked everyday. She is doing great and has such an amazing attitude.

This past week has been pretty exciting for Greg and I. We finally got our new iphones and are loving them!! They are so amazing and so much fun! I have been taking so many pictures on it and will be taking many many more. We have been waiting for these phones for so long and they finally came! Christmas was early at our house since this is what we decided we would do for our presents. Well I thought thats what we were doing until Friday night when Greg came home with a little surprise.

We had been talking forever that we wanted to get a dog but we just couldn't afford one now. I decided to save and maybe next year we could get one. We kept talking about them and I really wanted one!! Last week Greg was being a little more weird then he ususally is. He kept asking what kind of dog I wanted, what I would name it and all sorts of stuff. He told me his friends was going to give him his old kennel and we would just hold it till we got a dog.  He also kept saying that Friday was a big day and that it would be the best weekend ever. I figured he was saying that because Friday his anatomy test would be done, we would get our iphones, and BYU was playing TCU. He almost had me fooled until Friday at lunch. As we were eating he tells me that we need to start using our camcorder more and that he would have it going when he got home that night to just document what its like to come home. I saw right threw him! I had a feeling he was bringing a puppy home with him that night and told my sister so I could have a witness. He came home that night and with Penny! She is a half Golden Retriever/Yellow Lab mix. I love her so much!! She is just the cutest cuddling puppy every!!

Best early Christmas EVER!!!
